The movie begins with Anni (Manu Rishi) and his gangster colleagues who work for Bhai Sahab (Sanjay Mishra), a local don in Uttar Pradesh. They are all fans of US President Barack Obama and his slogan 'Yes We Can'. They are also facing financial troubles due to the recession and are looking for ways to make money. Anni meets Om Shastri (Rajat Kapoor), an NRI businessman who has come to India to sell his ancestral property in Bulandshahr. Om tells Anni that he can take him to the US if he helps him find a buyer. Anni gets excited and informs Bhai Sahab, who thinks that Om is rich and orders his kidnapping. He hopes to get a good ransom from him and end his bad times.
However, things do not go as planned. Om reveals that he is bankrupt and has a debt of $100,000 in the US. He is unable to pay his loan and is about to lose his house. He has come to India as his last hope to sell his property and clear his debt. Bhai Sahab is disappointed but decides to sell Om to another gangster, Ali (Amole Gupte), who has offered Rs. 30 lakhs for him. Anni comes up with the idea of selling Om to Ali and splitting the money with Bhai Sahab. Om agrees to this plan and suggests that he will not tell Ali about his bankruptcy if Bhai Sahab transfers half of the money to his bank account in the US.
The deal happens and Bhai Sahab gets Rs. 15 lakhs. He transfers Rs. 7.5 lakhs to Om's account, which converts to $100,000 due to the exchange rate fluctuations. Om is happy as he can now pay off his loan and save his house. However, he is not out of trouble yet. Ali soon finds out that Om is broke and gets angry. He decides to sell Om to Munni (Neha Dhupia), a female don who hates men and tortures them for fun.
